We are looking to add additional properties with a focus on secondary markets in the upper midwest. We are actively acquiring properties with the following criteria:
24-200 unit multifamily
A, B or C class, preferred with value-add or stabilized with upside
$3M - $25M purchase price
All-cash or conventional financing | No re-trades
Favorable markets with population growth, economic drivers, and low vacancy rate (<6%)
Capital: Private equity partners with capacity for $3M-$25M acquisitions
