PRINCIPALS/LEADERSHIP

The Ironwood Capital team has a combined 21 years of real estate investing experience. We have experience in cash deals, conventionally financed deals, short sales, seller financing, carry backs, and MLOs. We are expert problem-solvers and pride ourselves on our ability to find creative solutions that benefit all parties. 

Brandon Compson, Co-Founder & Acquisitions

Brandon is a passionate investor who has succesfully scaled his portfolio in a short time. He has successfully structured off market deals and spoken at to aspiring investors at local real estate events. In addition to real estate investing, Brandon is the owner-operator of an excavating company in North Dakota.

Cody Lewis, Co-Founder & Asset Management

Cody has been a real estate investor since he "house-hacked" his first duplex in 2012 (before the term was even popular!). In addition to investing, Cody is an active home inspector with 12 years of experience providing services to home buyers and sellers throughout the Red River Valley and Minnesota Lakes area. Cody has inspected over 2,000 homes and commercial buildings and taught over 100 hours of continuing education to real estate professionals.

In addition to one-on-one coaching, this program provides access to incredible knowledge and resources to close deals.
